How do I create and manage a MyDOTD Account?
1. How do I unsubscribe?
a. Scroll down to bottom of the MyDOTD Announcement email your received.
b. Click on the “unsubscribe” link. (refer to graphic)
c. Follow the directions.
2. How do I change my email address?
a. First, you must unsubscribe (see “How do I unsubscribe?”)
b. Next, create a new account using your new email address. (refer to “How do I create a new account?)
3. What if I forget my password?
a. From the MyDOTD "Login" screen, select "Forgot Password"
b. You will then provide an email address associated with your account
c. You will receive an email with the password currently associated with that account
4. How do I create a new account?
a. From the DOTD homepage, click on MyDOTD (located on the upper right hand of the screen, over the orange navigation menu)
b. On the left navigation menu, select “Sign Up”
c. Enter the appropriate information in the four form fields on the screen
d. Click “Create my Account” button
e. Check your email and confirm.
