The department will transfer to the new electronic TCLB app after-hours on Thursday 2/23 and will be available Friday 2/24. Access to the app will be through the LADOTD internet site rather than through Citrix.  During the transfer period it is recommended that TC personnel maintain paper diaries until they confirm access to the TCLB app is working.
