1) Make sure all Arc Desktop appications are closed. (ArcMap, ArcCatalog ...)
2) Open Desktop Administrator
3) Start > All Programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Administrator.

4) Click on "Desktop" Folder.

5) Click the "Change" button..
6) Enter H13000ms005 in the text box of the popup window and click the "OK" button.

7) Click the "OK" button to close the "Desktop Administrator" Form.
