​DOTD recommends that work submitted to DOTD for approval is done according to the Traffic Process and Report.  If a final report is submitted without interim approvals during the process, any parts of the process that aren’t done according to DOTD’s policies will require a revision and resubmittal.

​It depends.  Review times should be discussed during man-hour negotiations and at the kickoff meeting.  Times are dependent on DOTD’s schedule, the complexity of the project, the size and other factors.

​A review period is the time for DOTD to review one deliverable.  If the deliverable is correct and acceptable then DOTD will approve, if not then consultant will have to correct and resubmit starting a new review period.
