Projected Ads (projects to be advertised in the future)

 **A ​LOUISIANA PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING LICENSE IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL.

ALL REQUIREMENTS OF LAPELS ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL**

                                                                       MYDOTD NOTIFICATION:

Notification of all advertisements will be communicated via MyDOTD. Each consultant must register with MyDOTD to continue receiving 

these notifications.  To register, please go to the following link: http://wwwapps.dotd.la.gov/administration/announcements/SignUp.aspx. 

In addition, you must log in annual to keep your account active.

​                                                                Guidance regarding the Projected ADs website:

1. ​Consultants may reach out to the Project Manager (PM) regarding any project on the projected ads website to inquire more about scope of services. 
   
• ​​​If TBD or only the project number is listed under the Project Number column, it is not in the CCS unit to be worked on.
• If there is a 44# listed in the Project Number column, then the CCS unit has it in their unit and is actively working the advertisement for posting in the near future.
2. Once the project is "posted" as an advertisement, it is removed from this projected ads website. 
• Once removed from this projected ads website, the consultants are no longer able to contact the PM and must follow the "Rules of Contact" located in the advertisement.
3. Project Managers are now the 5th member of any Project Evaluation Team.
• ​​CCS does not have to be present during these meetings with the PM or any standing Project Evaluation Team member regarding projects on the projected ads website.​​
4. ​ALL ADVERTISEMENTS POSTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 17, 2024 WILL BE NEGOTIATED COMPENSATION.

• First Quarter: January - March
• Second Quarter: April - June
• Third Quarter:  July - September
• Fourth Quarter: October - December
